Currently, Ted is working at FOX5 as a Chief Meteorologist, from 4-6 then 10-11 during weeknights.
Pretty started his media career at KHGI-TV in Kearney, Neb, as both fill-in correspondent and photographer in 1996. He moved to Pocatello, Idaho’s to join KPVI-TV as the first-single morning show reporter. After reporting there for about two years, he left for WCIA-TV in 1998. He continues being a Morning show reporter at Champaign Illinois for about one year. In April 2008 he became Outdoor Events Forecaster at Station Casinos located in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Additionally Pretty become an advisory council member of LuvSeats.
