In August 2010, the Marine Corps group of bomb technicians including Jones, Sergent Eric Chir, and Corporal Daniel Greer, were tasked with the duty to eradicate all the underground planted bombs and materials which were used to make bombs in what seems like a deserted village. They disangage more than 50 planted IED boms.
