Ridle’s career started at the Indianapolis Radio One stations WTLC-FM, WTLC-AM, and WHHH-FM. Then, at the age of 19, he collaborated with Amos Brown. Brown regarded Ridle as his “prodigy” and even permitted Ridle to fill in as the host of his well-liked radio program, “Afternoons with Amos.”

In addition, Ridle was the anchor of the “Tom Joyner Morning Show” on 106.7 FM and the “Yolanda Adams Morning Show” on WTLC-AM.
